Your Place Home Care provides non-medical, in-home, care and behavioral health care for the elderly and those who temporarily or permanently have special needs, such as Alzheimer's, dementia, post-operative recovery, rehabilitation assistance, etc. Care is available in-home or at independent living facilities. We offer assistance with the activities of daily living, including but not limited to the following:

We're available around the clock every day, and we respond quickly when you call us with an urgent need. We offer flexible care, so you can depend on us whether you need services for a few hours or on a long-term basis. Your Place Home Care offers: Up to 24-hour availability, hourly & daily rates, weekends & holidays, and short-term & long-term care.

Most importantly, our caregivers provide you the security of knowing someone is there to assist or to summon help in an emergency. All of our caregivers are bonded and insured. We have a very selective hiring process that includes a comprehensive background screening, and our caregivers are specifically trained to work with the population we serve.
